Based on Experience

25 years of data and know-how

As a project manager, I led meetings with multiple functions and learned why some initiatives worked while others did not; all of this in small, medium and large firms. From organizing local events to adding features on private jets, the same patterns repeat themselves.

My work gave me a direct view into each company’s culture and confirmed the importance of projects: if they are not managed optimaly, the firm is headed in the wrong direction. The Arista 16-Point Diagnostic has its origins from this exact point.

The realization was that most organizational issues can be traced to how we staff and how we work.

When growth happens fast, hiring struggles to keep up. This is where mistakes are made. But when you hire based on your projects, you choose the right people. At the same time, the appropriate project system is needed.

Combining projects and people helps us address internal issues - before they become entrenched.
